Bishops of the International Coordination of Episcopal Conferences in Support of the Church in the Holy Land, which is also called Bishops of the Holy Land Coordination. This group involves representatives from Conferences of Bishops in Europe and North America who meet with the Assembly of Catholic Ordinaries of the Holy Land (AOCTS). The Holy Land Coordinationon works on the four Ps for the Church in the Holy Land: Prayer – to pray for the Christians of the Land and all the inhabitants, Pilgrimage – to encourage pilgrims to come, Persuasion – to persuade the public to listen to the Christians and their perspective, and Projects – to finance projects that help the Christians and all the inhabitants.

Abouna Firas Boutros Khoury Diab:
Abouna Firas Boutros Khoury Diab did much of the physical construction, repair, and maintainence work on the Church building and property. When Abouna Firas Diab could not do the physical work, he oversaw the work, purchased the materials, and hired, supervised, and payed the workers.
Further, before each project began, Abouna obtained the approval of the civil authorities of Zababdeh. All the construction is pre-approved, legal work.
